Belly Breathing (have child lie on their back and place an object on their belly; take a breath in and out; watch the object rise and fall).

Blowing out 5 (imaginary candles) use your fingers

Blowing bubbles-changing speeds to change the size

Cotton ball races-blowing them across the table
