We specialize in working with childhood trauma. Including physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, and/or witnessing any type of traumatic event. Experiencing trauma may have a wide-spread of symptoms and effects on your life. We work in collaboration with you to minimize or eliminate these overwhelming effects which have impacted your life.

Therapeutic Approach
Our approach is supportive, warm, and collaborative. We believe that the client/counselor relationship is important in the therapeutic process. We are integrative in approach as we believe that no single therapy is beneficial for everyone. We use various counseling theories and techniques to treat the "whole" person. Depending on your goals in therapy we may draw from, experiential, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, and/or systemic approaches. Our goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment that allows you the opportunity to explore the areas of your life that you would like to work on.
